On a constant path to redefine how we see and perceive Arabic calligraphy, Karim has traveled the world in pursuit to bring the young generation closer to the art form. Inspired by old Arabic scriptures, Karim utilizes abstract forms of calligraphy, patterns, shapes, and colors to breathe more vibrancy and life into his creations resulting in continuous evolution. Classic Kufi and Maghrebi calligraphy are featured in many of his compositions, a preference that arises from the strong pull towards his North African background and the importance of keeping dying traditions alive. The capsule collection features sweaters and t-shirts constructed from superbly soft premium 100% Peruvian loopback cotton finished with a high-quality screen printed amongst few transliteration artwork executed in the original Arabic calligraphy script, Kufi and finished off with tonal embroidered artwork on the center chest.
